In the following, we inform you about the processing of personal data that occurs when using the SIG PRIME newsletter ("Service").
"Personal data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, in which context "identifiable" means a natural person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or one or more special characteristics which express the physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.

Purposes and legal basis of the processing

Data processing within the scope of registration
We collect personal data for the registration to the newsletter: email address and voluntarily the first name/last name.
These processes are carried out on the basis of legal regulations which allow us to process personal data to the extent necessary for the use of a service (e.g. § 15 Paragraph 1 TMG; Art. 6 Paragraph 1 b) DSGVO).
Use of data when registering for the e-mail newsletter
If you register for our newsletter, we use the data required for this or separately communicated by you in order to send you our e-mail newsletter on a regular basis. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time and either by sending a message to the above-mentioned contact option or via a link provided for this purpose in the newsletter.

Security and protection against misuse
Ultimately, we use the data of all participants in order to effectively counter any abuse within the scope of our service in the interest of honest users and to protect our customers from damage in these cases.
These processes are carried out on the basis of legal regulations which allow us to process personal data for protection against misuse and for legal prosecution and because "schulfachmusik.ch" has a predominant legitimate interest in processing to guarantee the functionality and security of the service (e.g. § 15 Paragraph 8 TMG, Art. 6 Paragraph 1 f) DSGVO).

Changes of purpose
Your personal data will only be processed for purposes other than those described if permitted by law or if you have consented to the changed purpose of data processing. In the event of further processing for purposes other than those for which the data was originally collected, we will inform you of these other purposes prior to further processing and provide you with all other relevant information.

Period of data storage
We delete or make your personal data anonymous as soon as they are no longer required for the purposes for which we process them in accordance with the above paragraphs. The actual storage time depends on how you use our service.

Rights of data subjects
As a data subject of the processing of personal data, you have a right to information about the data processed, a right to correction of your personal data, a right to deletion of your personal data, a right to restrict the processing of your personal data and a right to the transferability of your personal data. You also have the right to file a complaint with a supervisory authority.
In cases where data processing is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. e or lit. f DSGVO, or for the purpose of direct advertising, you have the right to object to the processing.
If you have given us your consent, you can revoke it at any time with effect for the future.

Such changes may also affect the use of your personal data. For this reason, we reserve the right to change this data protection declaration at any time.
